A list of our favourite Scott’s at home ready meals which we keep tucked up in our freezer. Plan in advance for our dishes as we recommend they are defrosted for 24 hours in the fridge before cooking. We tend to batch cook our dishes every day so something fresh is often available, please ask one of our team.

Smoked haddock and bacon potato gratin (1) - A creamy, smoked haddock, bacon and potato gratin is the comforting family meal your Sunday evening is looking for, this decadent fish bake is a crowdpleaser. £6

Vegan tikka masala curry (2) – A rich sauce with coconut and tomatoes, balanced with a special mix of aromatic spices and ajwain seeds. Tikka means small pieces and masala means blend of spices, we combine these with a medley of roasted vegetables and chickpeas, the perfect comfort food. £10

Chicken and chorizo (1) – chicken, slow roasted with fresh chorizo, Spanish smoked paprika, black olives, oregano and thyme to create a melt in your mouth smoky chicken dish with rich infused sauce. £6

Middle Eastern chicken and plum (1) – chicken marinated in fresh plums, coriander and fennel seeds, then slow roasted with celery and fennel. A delicious summery meal with sweetness from the plums and layers of flavour from the roasted spices and vegetables. £6

Chicken ruby (1) – Dishoom’s take on a butter chicken, tender chicken in a rich silky ‘makhani’ sauce. A good and proper curry redolent with spice. Ask about our Chicken Ruby suet pastry pie. £6

Veggie ruby (2) – a veggie version of the chicken ruby replacing the chicken with roasted vegetables roasted in a rich silky ‘makhani’ sauce. £10

House black dhal – a Dishoom signature dish made with black turtle beans, dark, rich and deeply flavoured. Cooked for over 24 hours for extra harmony. £6

Mustardy cauliflower cheese (2) – the ultimate comfort dish, roasted cauliflower in a creamy, mustardy, mild curry sauce with cheddar, finished with a crunchy crumbled cheese scone topping. £10

Tuscan ragu (1) – inspired by Giancarlo Caldesi’s family recipe, this rich pork and beef mince ragu with a good hit of rosemary is truly Tuscan comfort food and a warming ‘culinary hug’. £6

Tuscan ragu lasagne (2) – Caldesi’s slow cooked Tuscan ragu layered with lasagne, parmesan cheese and a rich béchamel sauce unfused with rosemary, onions, bay and nutmeg. £10

Veggie lasagne (2) – using the same veggie sofrito base as the ragu, we roast butternut squash and fennel then layer with lasagne, spinach and béchamel – no compromises here for the veggie option. £10

Mac n cheese (2) – a rich and creamy macaroni cheese made using milk infused with onion, bay and nutmeg, finished with locally smoked bacon and our crumbled cheese scone topping. £8

Cottage pie (2) – delicious rich and flavoursome slow cooked beef mince, spiked with fresh carrot pieces and topped with soft buttery mash and a contentious sprinkling of cheese. British comfort food at its best. £10

Sticky toffee pudding (2) - a twist on the traditional, this Nigella recipe is altogether deeper and darker than the original version: it is still sweet, but the muscovado sugar and black treacle give it an almost savage intensity. We suggest adding double cream to your shopping basket. £6

Where possible we tend to make our dishes gluten free.
